How I Currently Spend My Time
Transferring from Lakehead University to Thompson Rivers University to complete my computer science degree
- Primary reason for this transfer is looking for the flexibility to work/build/learn in non-traditional ways that Lakehead (understandably) couldn't offer.
- Will be full-time school and full-time work starting late August.
9-5 - Working with CIBC as systems process analyst in a co-opish position, with current contract in place until December
- Current role is split between technical process improvement and BSA work.
- I am open to new opportunities starting Jan. 2025
5-9 - Working on Crolls and completing an Externship with NRG
- Crolls is an RSS feed aggregation and discovery site primarily for people who are not used to using/don't usually care much for the "web at large" (anything beyond the typical social media sites). User experience, searchability, and the ability to easily curate and share blog rolls with friends are at the forefront of the project. Projected launch early September.
